I am the head of the design team at Citydrive carsharing service, the team is responsible for the brand and the product design. We have become one of the top three leaders in the local carsharing during this time.

I led design teams and worked as a designer in the largest Russian IT companies before that, including Yandex, VKontakte.

Citydrive is a pioneer in carsharing, the company was founded in 2016. The service had a big rebranding in April 2021, Citydrive became part of the urban mobility service along with taxi and scooters. I joined the team at this moment to build a new brand and design process in the company. The service become one of the top three leaders in the local carsharing right now.

Results
A global rebranding of the entire service was made at the product and marketing levels: this affected the mobile application, the main website, car wrapping and all marketing communications. Brand awareness has grown one and a half times as a result.

The design process in the product and marketing has been set up: a professional team of designers has been assembled, planning and testing of solutions have been set up, contractors have also been assembled and work with them has been set up.

Serious pain points were fixed in the product at the initiative of the design team, for example, sign up process was improved, after which the number of users who started registration and completed it doubled.

The service is in the top-3 carsharing services in Russia by number of trips and GMV per month right now.

Yandex Market is one of the largest marketplaces in Russia. The service combines not only the experience of buying goods today but also the expertise of selecting goods before the order. The service presented in the web version and on three mobile operating systems.

Results
‍A new Yandex Plus loyalty program has been launched on the service, the mechanics of user activation in the program have been worked out.

A set of promotion tools for manufacturers in the service has been finalized and systematized: points of contact between the brand and the user have been fixed.

A set of email communications on the marketplace has been created and systematized: all trigger, regular and service emails now live according to the same rules, have been tested and show an increase in conversion.

Wink is an interactive TV service for seven platforms: four TV platforms, two mobile apps and an adaptive web version. Each platform is a separate story and main difficulty was not to lose meaning when porting an idea on each platform.

Results
I introduced the concept of a single style for all platforms and rebuilt the design process: we began testing solutions and doing design reviews for all platforms at once. We accelerated the pace of work by a third and reached a comfortable synchronization with development as a result. Also reworking was removed by half.

A mailbox is not only correspondence today, it is possible to pay utility bills, fines and a mobile phone in a mailbox. We needed a new kind of mobile application, where the structure would help to convey information correctly and make it possible to scale.

Results
I initiated and supervised the work on the interface, which made it possible to scale the project in the future, plus I managed to revise the branding in the company's products.

In terms of numbers: the change of different accounts in the application increased by 2 times, and the opening of third-party projects increased by almost three times, while all other metrics did not fall.

I was at the start of the ideology of the Paradigm Design System, where all projects in the company Mail.ru Group are being assembled. I was responsible for the components of productivity-services, for expample Mail.ru Email Client.

I was the initiator of supplementing the design system with company voice and tone section, where we can collect the basic rules for working with text in interfaces.

Result
Dozens of projects were made on the design system and helped in its formation: for example, the main page of the company and the new web version of Mail with its infrastructure pages was made with Paradigm.

Now the company's employees use the guide and it helps not to make mistakes in the text. The voice and tone of the company has also been formed.
